From the Main Matrix screen:
Click Programs (top menu bar)
Click Biofeedback Systemic Relaxation (drop-down list)
Click Biofeedback Systemic Relaxation (from the grey box)
Click Biofeedback (top menu bar of the Biofeedback Panel)
Click Reduce Stress in Nerves (drop-down list)
Watch the “Rectified” value in the top menu bar on the right side. When the Training Protocol is complete, the rectification score will stop changing. For the Biofeedback program, it is important to realize that you must stop it yourself or it will continue indefinitely. The panel will continue to flash until you:
Click End Reduce Stress in Nerves Therapy – This will end the program.
Any choice can be made from the drop-down list of items – watch the rectified value in the top menu bar.
Click Close
