Electrode Data Check Box Does Not Appear

The Electrode Data Screen box should appear at the 25% indicator when the program is loading. (This only takes place if you have the ED.X and NUCLEUS device connected to your computer). Make sure the device is turned on and connected before you open the ED.X and NUCLEUS program from your desktop. You will see the circle around the power button light up, and then hear a musical tone as it initializes.

If you have a preloaded laptop that came with your purchase it is usually just a matter of having it connected to the designated USB port. A document will come with your computer explaining which port has been designated. The port is usually on the left side bottom or back. It may also be one on the back of your computer, generally the left side, depending on the Computer Model. The right side port is usually reserved for an external mouse.
