From the Main Matrix screen:
Click Program (top menu bar)
Click Nutrition and Homeopathy Feedback (drop-down list)
Click Calculate Strike This Key First (values for various vitamins etc. appear)
Click OK in the pop-up box
Double Click any specific Vitamin name to reveal individual items of that group in the degree of reactivity. Anything over 100 is significant.
Click Nutrienergy Balance
This will provide a training protocol for the whole group of items.
Rectify any choices to 85 or above
